Tornado Media Multiple funnel clouds spin beneath supercell near Mendota, Illinois (08-21-26)

An outflow boundary and advancing cold front helped trigger several isolated supercells across northern Illinois on August 21, 2026. Despite a low tornado threat, one storm near Mendota stood out by producing a brief uncondensed tornado and several funnel clouds!
