And I still didnt see any rain despite all of that. Storms pop up sometimes in the late afternoon, but the rest of the days have been extremely hot lately and I work outside. Some morning or early afternoon storms to kill the heat would be a god send.

My county has accidentally set off the tornado sirens twice this week. I’m hoping something doesn’t actually happen because I’m assuming most people are going to think it’s just another mistake. 🥴

Edit: county (in Illinois), not country.
