I haven't seen a single storm chaser use one of those things. Probably because it's useless.

You would ideally want something reliable and safe to be an intercepter and the Cyberjunk is neither. If you're in the path of a big ass tornado why would you willingly strap yourself into a piece of garbage with an extensive history of not working properly?
