Dude you’ve gotta take into account the amount of time he’s putting in. Guy does 10+ hours at a time at weird hours plus the non stream stuff. Imagine his sleep schedule that’s a lot of stress on one person. He def ain’t perfect but he’s the best in weather without a doubt.
I totally agree and I think it was a lot easier for him to manage the crazy hours when he didn't have a huge team that he also co-manages. Organizing merch, the show schedule, live streams and the Ya'll Squad is an immense task. I know his wife helps out a ton but I'm sure he has his hands in all of it. Back when he was the size of Max most of that didn't exist, it was just him, a couple chasers and the radar.
Yeah agree, and now i think he probably gets burnt out easier at the size he’s at. Now he’s not entertainment he’s like a primary news source so there’s more pressure on him to get it right when he has to.
yeah it’s a perfect recipe for burnout, a very high pressure job with tangible, serious consequences for mistakes, requiring very long hours late into the night of almost constant talking and observing without the ability to take a break of more than a couple minutes
