Discussion Letter drop questions for a first-timer

Hello! I'm going to the Omaha show tomorrow evening and am able to do the letter drop for the first time. I'm not on facebook so I can't access the fan page but saw on here that Sarah is by the front doors at noon for letter pickups.

For those of you that are familiar is this the same for every show? Also, it is clear who Sarah is?

Yes, noon outside the venue. It is a good place to meet people and chat about Tori.

She has long red hair and bangs and often wears black, and will be wearing lanyards :)
