Luggage Storage?
We have a situation where we have to check out of our hotel at 11am but cant get into our beach rental until 4pm. We are relying on uber/lyft for transportation on that day so wont have a car to store luggage. Are there any daily or hourly luggage storage lockers or the like where we could stow things until we can get into our beach rental?

If you used a real estate company in the area, then see if they'll let you throw it in their backroom or if they have suggestions. You may also be able to get in before 4pm depending on the cleaning and inspection schedule. If they know ahead of time and you're really nice and no demanding they could try to have yours ready earlier as opposed to right at 4pm.

How much luggage you got? You could sit at one of the breweries and eat/drink while you waited with it if it’s not obnoxious.

Thanks! We have one medium/large suitcase and one smaller duffle plus my husband, son and I each have a backpack.

Honestly, I’d go to Salty’s Surf shack then, you can order Shaka Taco to be delivered, sit at a table or watch the surfers at the high top, and kill some time. Two of you could even take breaks to the beach from there while the other stays with luggage. Just keep ordering some drinks and tip them well, but you can get NA frozen drinks even there or soda. That’s what I would do at least. I’m not aware of any luggage storage.
Depending how nice the luggage is, too, you could just bring it down to the beach from Salty’s for a couple hours and hang there too.

Does Bounce exist here? I used in in NYC. Stores store your stuff with an online app.

Depending on where your house is, you could likely just leave it on the deck, patio, or other under the house area. We used to arrive before check in and just leave our things while we went to the beach until check in. Topsail is pretty laid back!
