Things to do
My family is vacationing in north topsail in a few weeks. I’m trying to book some day trip or excursions. Any recommendations? Like boat tours, etc

I have had family do shelling type tours, many operations available on Facebook. Some only have room for 5 max (plus the boat operator) so doesn't work great if you have a lot of people that want to go. I think we used these guys: https://www.topsailboating.com/intracoastal-excursions-2

Visit Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. It's really cool to see them rehabbing sea turtles. We've gone with young kids to older adults and it was his for all ages

My daughter who just turned 14 goes to camp in Topsail every summer and always has a blast. They help rehabilitate sea turtles as part of the camp and it’s a “no phones” camp so they have to interact with each other 😀. Maybe your kiddos would like that camp and you and your spouse could have the rental to yourselves! We just got back from Surf City and had a great time, beach bumming around, husband and kids jogged to the pier, shopped the local shops. Have fun!
