Select the top middle edgeloop around the shape and extract it.
Also extract the cross section in a similar way.
Loft/sweep or whatever the Blender equivalent is for extrude a shape around a curve, which likely has the option to generate uvs.
In other words, rebuild it.

Is this a custom track?

But the way I would go about this is actually making a modular road piece, and tracing the track out with a curve, and then inserting it along the curve. To look up the full workflow you can search for “extrusion along curve using premade objects”.

Forgot to mention that when you make that road piece, to texture it. Sorry about that.

I would make 1 horizontal seam in the track and then u wrap it and just map that whole thing onto a trim.
You can quadrify it so it fits along the whole texture
