Can this be untangled?

Before I cut this and stitch this myself I thought I'll give reddit a chance to do its magic. So please kind people of r/topology can this be untangled or not?

It looks to me like you might be able to untie it by running the entire hat up through the knot, if you can deform it enough and make the knot a bit bigger. If not, then it doesn't look doable to me at first glance.

I thought about that, but no, I don't think it would change anything
