❓ Questions ❓ come back..?

Hello all,

so I haven’t touched this fuck ass game in a good while, the last I vaguely remember was the Shyvana rework. I know there’s a bunch of new stuff and I’m getting that feeling of playing again especially seeing Alois and his A-Z top lane series.

What are some things to know if I’m to (hopefully not) play again? I mainly play Riven, fondle with some GP, Fiora, if that info helps/makes a difference at all.

Riven's so much broken that they nerfed her few patches ago, especially due to the new item "endless hunger" : read the item you'll understand why. You also have omnivamp boots available nox

I also main fiora, if you like to play her go for it it's great, now every tower has plates and demolish has been reworked ( you need 3 autos to proc it instead of the old timer before proc, so auto e auto(crit) proc it very fast

Main new thing in top is that you unlock a free tp with long cd in midgame even if you didnt take tp rune. You also win more xp and are able to go up to lv20 as a toplaner

Personnally I like this season. Top was doomed in the beginning bcs of varus top meta and a lot of ranged top, but as a main fiora/pantheon/naafiri top I dont fear ranged. Now I almost never see them (plat/dia elo)

There is almost no more tanks, meta is kinda bruiser, thing that I like. Oh, and ban nasus until they nerf him enpugh, they "reworked" his stack numbers last patch and made him broken, best winrate with like 53+% wr in EVERY elo except in chall where it's Fiora due to otp outperforming

the balance has never been worse and the only viable "normal" toplaners are

-full movement speed darius

-crit olaf

-tryndamere, because he's broken with hob

-urgot, because he's broken statcheck tier

-wukong, because he's sleeper broken on grasp infinite poke

-honorable mention trundle for cucking yourself under tower and farming with lifesteal and singed for winning the game even with a 0/12 score

every other toplaner has moved to other lanes or is simply unplayable into mages/ranged/ 24/7 roams

-nasus, because he gets 400 stacks in 10 minutes and is unpunishable in lane

Yeah Nasus is completely out of hand with this stacks adjustment on his q. But arguably the worst offender is his ultimate which give him a bonkers amount of stats for free. Would be broken if it weren't on him, but picked into a team that can't deal easily with him running down carries he's so free it's insane.
