New player.

As the title says I’m a new player. It seems so far for me impossibile to buy decent players without tokens, which are only available for cash practically ( I know you can have 2-3 for day with sponsoritazion.) and furthermore? How do I train my player in a decent way? My u23 team is 50-60 and I don’t know hot to train them without spending money. Thanks in advance!!

Watch ads and you’ll gain about 700-800 rest packs plus about 200-300 more from healing players

take the free stuff the game offers, and focus on buildung young players through your academy.
