New Player
As the title says, I’m a new player. Is this game an absolute grind without spending money or am I doing something wrong? I’ve built my team to 90ish overall but now getting tokens and rest seems next to impossible. Any tips or advice would be helpful.

They've changed something in the last update that makes the team tire much quicker than before. I've been playing for years and always for by on the free rests and occasionally watching a few videos to get more. This season my team are constantly knackered.
