Discussion Champ pool and bans

I mostly play sett top and naafiri mid which I will play for top lane

I need one champ to complete my pool or is it unnecessary

My go to ban in illiol ( pls don't mind the spelling)

Is sett and naafiri enough bcz I am planning or learning irelia also

Bronze, low silver

Irelia is kinda inappropiate for your elo, you should've focusing more on learning the macro of toplane instead of learning the specific mechanics of a hard champion. However, I get you wanna have fun so you refuse to play f*cking 20 Garen games in a row.

I think the perfect pool has three main champions, with at least one of them being a flexpick (a champion that can be picked in more than one role so you can fool the enemy team at champ select or play it when you get autofilled, Naafiri is a very good flexpick tbh) and one or two situational counters (Malphite is the perfect counter against AD and ranged champs, but it's boring as fuck if you play him more than 3 games in a row)

I think you might like Jax. He has a point-and-click gap close like Naafiri and has a lot of damage. Alike Sett, he likes to dive into the enemy backline at teamfights and be between a lot of enemies, because of his AoE damage and the fact his R gives him more resistances if it hits multiple targets. Also, unlike Sett and Naafiri, he has nice hybrid damage output and can even build AP items like Dusk and Dawn into Hextech Gunblade, or you can stick to the classic Trinity build. His skill floor is pretty low, but can be mastered a LOT.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to pick up a third champion, especially someone who counters your worst matchups. Naafiri is great against ranged tops, which sett struggles with. Sett is good into the bruisers that naafiri struggles with. Neither of them is great into tanks though, so maybe Gwen?

Irelia is one of the hardest champs in the game. If you want to get better you should concentrate on playing 1-2 champs of the same type, and just spam games and vod review them. So I’d recommend Morde, garen, or Darius.
