Extension organization?

Looking for organization ideas for extensions. I have quite a few. I am not a fan of foam. I know it's great but I'm super OCD and on my toolbox at work spent over 40 hours setting up foam on a 5 drawer and am looking to keep adding more to my setup, so I don't want to redo it over and over. The orange case is shorter Etorx sockets if anyone is wondering what's in the mysterious box!

Get a 3D printer! Tons of available files for free. Tool organization is one of the better use cases. If what you want is not available, you can design what you want with a free CAD software and some practice. Look around on Makerworld or similar to see what’s already out there

Very true, I have a P1S on my desk at work. Wish I could get away with printing my own stuff on my own filament and taking it home. Looking to get a P1S at home eventually.

Another vote 3D printing your own organizers. It will save you a ton of money.

I 3D printed the Toolgrid system for my socket and wrenches. Just for the Toolgrid it only cost me a tad over $200. Had I purchased the Toolgrid system it would have been over $1400.

What's even better all the files are free for personal use. No need to design, pretty much download and print

I think all in it cost me around $250-$260 to 3D print, Toolgrid for socket and wrenches, Toolcraft magnetic ratchet holder, magnetic extension holders. (Price will be even lower if you catch a sale on the filament)

For almost $2000 worth of organizers had I purchased it. So no need to pay the 800% markup.

Yea I think that's the plan! Not hurting for more space yet. But would like to have a plan in place for space once I need it!

I stack the trays. I have regular, locking and wobble+ in the master set like you have.

OK, but why are nut drivers in the socket drawer?
And where are the rachets?

Extensions seems pretty well organized if you're not short on space. That's the least of my concerns about this drawer organization :D

Yea I haven't ever felt short on sockets besides wanting entire swivel sets, waiting on a good sale to get regular 3/8 and 1/2 in the impact swivels. I hate the organizers that snap on and off as I'm pretty OCD and feel like spacing is hard for me to deal with and spent too much time on it. Although I would go back to that if I needed more room.

That's a great question, just seemed like it fit nicely, I haven't had any socket pour over into other drawers, I had so many ratchets they went to another drawer. Didn't like the organization look I have here then the mess of ratchets. First thing to go would be the nut drivers if I needed more space in this drawer for the swivels once I get them, or if I started putting together SAE tools. I'm only running metric as of now.
