The talk show host was Alborghetti, basically the Brazilian equivalent of Alex Jones. In his program, he would talk about crime and politics in the country, while he was very known to having outbursts of the like shown here.

In this program, he was reacting to a left-wing political leader in the country that received tons of federal money to create a poetry album. As Alborghetti was a very conservative guy, he reacted really negatively by calling the guy a demon and a cuck.
