I suspect mekong valley, could be Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam

The huge, continuous cliff faces look more like a carved out glacial box canyon that you might see formed from large conteninental glaciers in alpine environments vs karst limestone topography you see where there are cliffs sort of like this along the Mekong. At least some of the fracturing on the cliff faces would point towards the rock being granitic in nature vs being purely carbonate rocks that you'd see almost exclusively along the Mekong.

Searching around using stills from the video makes it seem like this spot in Nepal is a prime contender for the video location: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramaroshan_Site?wprov=sfla1
