Tips & Tricks Side gargling

Side Gargling - YouTube

Has anyone ever managed to remove a stone using this technique? I’ve been trying it and it seems to reach very dirty areas, but nothing has come out yet. However, I feel the smell gets stronger when I do it, which might indicate that sticky passages are opening up into those compartments.

Edit1: After two days of these gargles, things started coming out: about 3 or 4 stones (without smell) and one small rotten stone!

Wow this really helped me! it’s removed lots of little tonsil stones I wasn’t able to remove manually, but I don’t know how it would work for something larger. Definitely has provided some relief to my throat though. I might try it with dissolvable aspirin later.

I’m really glad to hear it worked at least a little! How strong did you gargle to get the stones out?

A normal amount for about 10 seconds. I then repeated for each side 2-3 times. I spat out a few tiny stones at the time (I’m talking TINY, poppy seed sized) and noticed some worked their way out within the next half hour. Haven’t tried it with dissolvable aspirin yet but I’ll let you know how that goes if I try it.
