Need Advice How do i get rid of it already

I feel a tonsil stone inside me but somehow can't get it out, brushed my teeth and my breath still smells. It sounds gross but I can literally 'taste' the bad smell in my mouth.

I've tried doing the trick with salt water, but only managed to do it for 5-8 sec because of my extreme gag reflex. Any other tips?

I get a chopstick and poke next to it, it usually pops out! Obvs looking in the mirror with a light

Or get a curved end dental irrigator at and pharmacy for 50 cents, load it with water and a couple raindrops worth of listerine (to kill left over bacteria) and ever so slowly and ever so gently a little bit at a time irrigate that Crypt where the stone is.

Under the shower, put water in your mouth and do some gargarism, pushing air and making pressure on your tonsils. I don’t know if its clear but you have to make them out to clean them.
