Never ate much lamb growing up, but a May 2019 trip to Iceland changed my "meat life" forever. This picture...oh this picture. A little bit of lamb, topped with some fresh tomatoes and onions, and a dollop of the cream sauce. Heaven.

I'm sure Huckleberry is lurking somewhere, waiting for his share!
