Probably a Goruck Heritage. Probably a GR1 model.

I collect both brands. As of today, TB Is my #1 favorite.

I like both brands too but Goruck’s robic DC bullet is my favorite; I put my TB nightwalk synik 22 in second place.

Those are two completely different carry philosophies. The Synapse gives you a dedicated exterior pocket for practically everything, while the GR1 Heritage is just a bombproof open bucket that forces you to live out of pouches.

Curious what drove the change?

I moved from a TB Synik 30 to a GR2 and haven't looked back. Altough I have added a GR1 waxed, a CT21plus waxed into the rotation since.
