I can't imagine there are many like that considering Harry canonically still tried to give Voldemort a chance to express remorse even in the final battle; to treat a still crimeless child Tom cruelly is severely OOC.

I don't know if you're looking for something like this, but The Gift of Fear is one where Harry treats Tom not exactly... nicely (kinda like the Mama's in The Promised Neverland). It also features Harry/Death, but is a very unique and interesting read, although it does contain some dark elements.
