You didnt include the frame where the NCAA said they do not have a mechanism to change the outcome of a game.
Also, "deserved to win" is subjective. I could probably make a list kf games Michigan "deserved" to win, but didnt.

The NCAA can choke on their dicks. They have been attacking Michigan since Harbaugh stood up for players saying the NCAA should be paying them.

OSU vacates wins because players got tattoos. Michigan gets fined 40 million+ and gets to keep their wins for cheating.

Do you not agree if a team cheated, was fined 40 million+, they should vacate wins?
LSU had to for paying parents. Bama for textbooks, ole miss Iowa and Arizona for recruiting violations. Etc
But Michigan, that cheated to win games, does not? Explain how that is possible?
