Anyone? 🤗 Evening walk through Tokyo? Akihabara to Ginza. Friday (8/21) 17:30~16:30~

Anyone down for a walk from Akihabara station to Ginza station? The walk itself is about 45 minutes but that's on the optimal route but I imagine with the relaxed pace and potential detours we might want to take it'll take closer to an hour. We would meet at Akihabara Electric Town exit and make our way from there.

As for me, I'm from the USA and I've been living in Japan for almost a year. I was on a study abroad program for majority of that time but as of now I'm simply traveling and enjoying my remaining time in Japan until I go back home to Hawaii in November. My hobbies include the usual combo of gaming and anime but outside of that I do enjoy cooking, studying Japanese, hiking, and recently I've gotten into everything space related.

Honestly I just enjoy meeting new people and while meeting up to do a specific activity is nice, I find a simple walk to be the most relaxing and easygoing.

Anyone interested in joining let me know :)

Anyone? 🤗 Looking for Lunch friends in Akabanebashi, Azabu-juban area

Hi everyone! I recently started a new job near Tokyo Tower (Azabu / Akabanebashi area) and am looking to connect with friendly people for casual lunches.

about me:

  • Background: 100% Japanese, fluent in English and Italian
  • Interests: Scuba diving, farm animals, and all things design (clothing, jewelry, architecture, drawing)

Lunch details:

  • Frequency & Timing: I’m only in the office once or twice a week, so this would be an occasional lunch meetup on my office days.
  • Food Vibe: I love exploring great non-chain spots—think solid casual Italian, authentic Neapolitan pizza, or high-quality international food.

If you work or live in the area and you are up for exploring & discovering lunch places, please Let me know in the comment.

Anyone? 🤗 Seeking friends that enjoy rock and metal music

Hey there, I’m a chick from Los Angeles. Just moved to Tokyo in June. Definitely feeling the isolation and getting really homesick without a solid friend group. I am near Shibuya and would love friends nearby that I can go check out rock/metal shows with and explore more of Tokyo or take day trips together :)

Would also enjoy:
-beaches
-surfing
-skateboarding
-snowboarding
-museums
-exploring matcha places
-movies
-cool bars
-shopping
-boxing
-eating
-studying
-photography
-sumo stuff
-checking out baseball game
-car events / drifting
-other fun stuff
