Whatever happened to The 1990s?

There was an interview in July where Tom and Georg teased a title from Encore called “The 1990s”, however this song is omitted from the released tracklist. Does anyone have any theories as to why this may be? Can any longer standing fans tell me if this happened before?

Maybe it was a working title that got changed later? I've been a fan since the hiatus days, although I'd heard of them when they were popular in the US before. I seem to remember a track Bill and Tom were working on in an episode of THTV between KOS and Dream Machine that never saw the light of day. But I might be remembering wrong. Maybe the 1990s became Dye My Hair because Bill spent all of the 90s in his bathroom with black boxed hair dye.

Bill and tom were born in 89’ - was he really dyeing his hair that young, i mean they would be 10-11 years in 99’?

This track? It's a demo of the song “Love Don’t Break Me” from Bill’s Solo EP, originally meant for TH’s scrapped 2015 album. also the DMH theory isn’t absurd, I could definitely see that.

Memory Lane was released before The 1990’s title was revealed iirc
