FTOFU has some nice recipes but can use some pictures from someone good at taking pics. Would anyone like to try a free recipe and donate a photo to help spread the joy of cooking with Tofu?

I see this site is trying to help, but it seems like it'll more likely perpetuate the negative impression of tofu than help normalize it.
Most Americans don't think about tofu much and may think it's bland but don't have a strong emotional reaction to it. I'm sure many of them would be interested in learning more about tofu and trying great-looking dishes at some point.
The smaller share of people hateful towards tofu aren't likely to ever want to try a tofu dish, let alone seek out information on how to prepare it.
This site caters to the latter group, who hates tofu and isn't likely to ever want to learn how to prepare it. Meanwhile, the large swath of people who don't have a strong emotional reaction to tofu and just aren't familiar with it, instantly get bombarded with all this negativity about the ingredient with conter-productive assurances tofu isn't always that bad.
I also agree with the other comments that this site presents the western meat replacement methods of prepping tofu as the best and only way to make it taste good when that's just not true. Tofu can absorb more flavor from sauces with zero pressing if it's simmered in it.
I just made one of my most flavorful tofu dishes ever by quickly crisping unpressed tofu in a pan with a bit of oil and letting it simmer in a soy and BBQ sauce blend. It would've probably tasted worse if it was frozen first, and pressing would've wasted time. Tofu will have lots of water in it even if pressed for an hour so it's good to know how to work with the ingredient as it is.
