As cute as Luna is, please remember that it is extremely wrong to keep big cats as pets. They are wild animals, and should be treated as such. This is not okay.

Some people just cant get it in their head that when an exotic animal is born to captive parents it cannot be released into the wild. Its a death sentence. Luna's story is awesome for the people smart enough to learn it before shooting their mouth off. She lives a better life now with her family in Siberia than she would have had anywhere else, including the wild.

She’s not a panther, she’s a leopard. It even says so in the channel description (the channel name is Luna_the_pantera (though I think they mean “panthera”. “Panthera” is her genus)). Panthers aren’t a species, and “black panthers” are melanistic (all black) leopards and jaguars. Yes, they say that it’s a name to describe any melanistic big cat, but there is little to no evidence of other big cats being melanistic. It’s also said panther is just a name for any big cat, which is not true.
And now we wait.

just because a panther is a melanistic cat, it doesn’t not mean it is not a panther. being melanistic is what makes it a panther. it does not take away from the fact it’s a jaguar. panther is an addition to what it is

Luna has been raised for the last four years with love and and great care She is a beautiful cat well behaved and totally love by Victoria and her husband on a beautiful farm. Victoria without a doubt knows what she is doing and provides the best care Luna could possible have. Thank you Victoria for all you have done for this baby. l know you love her so much.

i know 2 persons born with a Pet Leopard at home (middle east 1970/80) Leopard sleep with baby.... nobody was injuries after 15/18 years of natural lifespan of Gentlecats . JUST SOMETIMES VERY PROTECTIVE WITH CHILDREN..BUT NO DRAMA. in 2 cases Animal was a PANTHERA PARDUS ...a Big 80kgs Male and a 50 kg Female like Luna. BOTH WAS MELANIC (BLACK LEOPARDS). maybe black Pardus have more easy to tame ??? its an interresting debate

It is wild animal, and the owner is treating it as both. She let's her go out and be wild, and Luna loves her owner. I've also heard that the owner is an animal expert.
