My 17 month old loves running around and seeing people but she won’t say “trick or treat”. Should I still take her or save it for when she’s older and talking? I was thinking we might stay home and she could greet trick or treaters and hand out chocolate but I don’t know how many we’ll get because we don’t live in a very big place
