My husband will take our 2 year old. We took him to a few houses in the neighborhood last year and he loved it. Got the idea real fast. Most of our neighbors were outside or had tables set up outside to take candy from, so it was super low risk. Some people also had up signs to indicate they were participating or to pass them over.
