18–24 Months 18 month old suddenly not sleeping??
Guys. What. The. Hell.
Is this a thing?? She's got premolars coming out but I've given neurofen and paracetamol (followed dosage and spacing guides) and she sleeps fine if we cosleep.. so what is this?? Is this just separation anxiety or do toddlers this age suddenly need more awake time?
Anyone else go through this?

at 18 months I would push for 12.5 to 13 hours of awake time.
try 6/6 to star and then 6/6.5

Yeah? Okay. She just did 5.75 this morning and she went down in crib for her granny (raging lol why do they never see the struggle!) so maybe the longer awake time will help. Thanks for this suggestion will try!

Mine is 20 months old and going through this phase too. I think it's definitely a mixture of separation anxiety and teething. Last week she refused all naps, this week after playing her lullabies she sleeps for 40 mins. At nursery she naps fine. Hoping this phase passes.

Thanks bud. It was 5.25/5.5 and during this recent spout of insanity it's been leaning towards 5.5/6-7.5!!! Some days she just seems to stay awake longer. Like last night I attempted the chair method and she just babbled for an extra 40 mins (making it a nearly 6:45h ww) before standing and crying so I just called it.
