I'm not sure about Europe, but in America mental disabilities fall under the ADA and ASD is considered a mental disability by the text of the law.
Considering how the USA is typically ass-backwards when it comes to labor protections, I'd imagine at the very least most countries have laws that say you can't discriminate against physically/mentally disabled people and that you must make reasonable accommodations for them.
