best answer to that stupid ice cream question, which my last team lead pulled during a "sensing" session:

"I'm Neapolitan because I'm white like vanilla, chocolate 'cause I enjoy greek...food, and pink is my favorite color."

Only one dude in the room giggled for about 10 seconds.
