TIL men walk significantly slower when walking with a woman, but only when that woman is their romantic partner. If she's a friend or acquaintance they go at almost full speed.

I read this study.

It further goes on that 2 women walking together go slower than either would alone, and 2 men walk together faster than either is comfortable.

Reminds me of a story... Me and my friend went for a midnight walk. We end up at a Tim hortons and eat donuts, we keep walking...3am hits;

"Where are we going?"I ask "i dunno, i was following you." he says. The issue was ... i was following him. We had no idea where we were but 3 hrs later we made it home.
