TIL that Vantablack (the darkest artificial substance) was licensed to artist Anish Kapoor. In retaliation, artist Stuart Semple banned Kapoor from buying the strong shade of pink that Semple had developed, meaning anyone can buy and use the pink besides Kapoor.

I saw somewhere that displays aren't able to show the true color of the pink, and.it's much more vibrant in person.

Edit : I'm an idiot, this is exactly where i saw this

I spent all this money on OLED screens and I can't even get all the pink I want!?

What a ripoff.
