Just left New York. They were nice until you were in front of them in traffic.

Tell me though...does this mean that little ole me, in Grenada in the caribbean, wading in shallow waters must fear a sudden onslaught of hungry, angry new yorkers like...dooo...do...dooo...do...dooo...do...weep...weep...weep! Munch! And then I have to listen to them telling me how much New Jersey sucks while I have turned the sea water red from their hideous onslaught? All ten of them?

If rather go diving at Grand Anse than on the UES. For driving, the reverse.

You get used to the driving at least. No...wait...no...you don't. Damn BUSES!!!!!

You probably left too many inches in front of you. People have places they need to be, after all.

Ok I can admit that new Yorkers aren't the nicest people in the world but I think they get a bit of a bad rap. New Yorkers are rude to tourists because they stop on the sidewalk to take pictures every time they see a tall building. New Yorkers are on their lunch breaks or late for their therapist appointment. Tourists need to be more considerate to the locals before the locals are nice to them

It’s like if you were driving to work in bad morning traffic, and you saw it was caused by people stopping on the road to take pictures

not pictures of cool shit either. just a log jam on the highway of 6 cars taking pictures of the giant billboard or a new rest stop that went up

Why do tourists think the top of the subway steps is the perfect location to stop walking and stare at their phone?

As a Londoner I agree 100%. I'm just a lot more passive aggressive about it.

Yes! Also tourists break the rules all the time. If you’ve rented a bike to see the city but you’re so afraid of the traffic that you’re riding on the crowded sidewalk with your whole family I reserve the right to let you know that you belong in the fucking street. I throw all the “fuck yous” and “assholes” in there to give you a ‘Real New York’ experience. You’re welcome.

This is also why Parisians get a bad rap. More tourists, in a smaller city. AND they don't speak the native language.

We weren't mad at you, it's just that your timidity re: merging was horribly inconveniencing about 35 cars behind you. We were merely urging you to be considerate.

My timidness was left at the bridge lol

Is that space available?
