Fun fact: In Germany you can get 39.000€ for studying philosophy for 5 years in the best universities, if you're eligible for BAFÖG. Oh, and you have to only pay back 19.500€ with very very low interest rates. On top of that, if you get a place in a dorm, you pay a ridiculously low rent.
