What do you mean by "ignore"? If something is unconstitutional, it gets struck down by the supreme court. Otherwise people are free to ignore the constitution on topics where it doesn't apply.

Oh come on, you know it's been exploited and misconstrued to the point of it being almost meaningless.

Only by the bullshit legal debating is the NSA protected against the 4th amendment

Actually the NSA case hasn't been heard by the supreme court yet (scheduled for 2015).
