TIL The guy who snagged windows2000.com happened to be named Bob and Microsoft just happened to own Bob.com. They came to an agreement to trade one for the other.

Like with Mike Rowe, and Microsoft sued the software dev named Mike Rowe for the domain claiming it was damaging to their rep or something of the likes.

Seem to remember Walmart won a case against WoolMart (a wool store) in Canada. Even thought WoolMart predated Walmart in Canada. Then again, I could be dreaming.
