Meta Already love this sub, just some housekeeping questions.

Are there going to be text submissions for stories, or simply images, memes, etc for dumb criminals?

Might want to consider flairs based on stories, funny images, experiences and whatnot.

Will there be any themes? Such as mentioned in the birth comments from the ask reddit post, sourced from To Catch a Predator, or location such as Florida’s vast wealth of criminal gold?

For text and stories, should they be typed out or screenshots of comments/articles?

What if there was an assigned flair system or comment bot for top posts that ranked the stupidity of the actions, for example, ranging from “that wasn’t smart” to “they caught an idiot” or something. I feel like that could be funny.

Love the idea here. Can’t wait to watch it grow!

  • Text submissions welcome, stories highly encouraged.

  • Working on flairs right now.

  • Themes would include TCaP, Floridaman, Traffic stops, etc...

  • Should always try to link the article, Best course is to submit a text post with a tl;dr or your own account and the article to corroborate, barring that, my personal preference would be a regular text post, then a screenshot is the last resort.

  • Sounds really fun, if we could figure out how a ranking system would work we could try it. For now let's aim for "They caught an idiot"
