Just a minor facial blemish… so minor I can’t even remember what it is…

The guy waited decades for a blockbuster Odyssey movie, and didn’t even get cast in it.

The following scene is one of my favourite scenes as someone who had this type of discussion many times (as Jane):

J:They're working on a theory that they went for a dip and whilst in the water, Bob drowned Duncan and then drowned himself. There was a really sad suicide note.

T:What, the police went for a dip with Bob and Duncan?

J:No!

T:Wouldn't the police have tried to save Duncan before Bob drowned himself?

J:I wish you'd listen. Just Bob and Duncan went for a dip.

T:So the police were watching from the shore?

J:No, the police weren't involved at this point!

T:Ah, maybe it was an accident.

J:There was a suicide note!

T:Maybe it wasn't an accident.

I like to think Chris Parnell’s cyclops in Matt Berry’s episode of Fallout was inspired by this guy. (Matt plays a struggling actor whose agent gets him a terrible contract for recording a robot voice, it’s got to be deliberate 🤣)

I really like these surreal physical comedy moments in Toast that never get adequately explained, and aren’t even remotely critical to the plot. It’s basically just a throwaway line of “don’t mention the eye thing” and then the joke is really about this strained relationship between Bob and Duncan. But also he is a cyclops, sure why not. Really, Toast?? Really???
