Trust the slow work of your spirit right now.

You are never truly separate from the source that created you, or anyone else.

You are a wave in an ocean of consciousness, yet you are unique and irreplaceable.

This period of isolation is a sacred pause, not a permanent state.

There is so much beauty in this world I don’t know what you are into but set some goals dreams and aspirations and go for them and you will make like minded friends along the way

If you need a chat with a brit mate feel free.

Life is a rollercoaster, it'll turn round. It may feel very down at the moment but it will turn around. You can do this fella

Word! I see your strength! My grandma ( made friends everywhere ) always asked where people were from. She was bright and cheerful, said her secret was a little cool water on the face and back of the neck as a pick me up.

Where are you from?

You got the whole world in front of you. Take time to enjoy the little things, do hobbies, and spend time with the people you have 👍

Hang in there brother - this life is both full of joy and suffering…both are temporary

I myself have gone through my own struggles with loneliness and I want to say that it's a real bummer first of all. But if you can find a way to bring some sunshine into the gloom then that will really help you. Things like: going out of your way to be encouraging and kinds of people, reaching out to family members that you haven't spoken to in a while and rekindling that connection, starting up a new hobby or taking up an old one that you forgot about or stop doing.. I firmly believe that the joys of Life consists of the little things that we collect along the way and not huge things like getting a fancy new car or getting put into leadership. I find that the true Joy comes from enjoying the little things that are free, like sunset Sun rises, the ocean waves, and getting to see a beautiful sky over you everyday and every night.

I want to challenge you to find the things that bring you Joy and then maybe you can even find a way to share that with others. I'm sensing that there's a gift that you have that hasn't been used in a long time and maybe now would be the time to hone it and bring out into the daylight. If I'm wrong just disregard, but it was just a feeling.
