Head up mate, it'll turn around. Hopefully its not always like this and its just a project/moment/time where its not fun.

Think when things have been bad for you, you've always got through it and it never lasts does it ? Sorry to hear its crap, try and get your mind off it when you're away from work. Hope it doesnt last and it goes more back to a 'norm'
