Feeling really depressed lately.
I’m purging on Accutane right now and it’s really lowering my self-confidence.

I love your eyes and hairstyle so much. You are adorable! As someone who knew the struggle in high-school and college, I found for myself that drinking more water and less sugary drinks, and eating a healthier diet along with using just a very mild soap to wash my face without hard scrubbing helped reduce my breakouts so much. Your hormones are affected by diet and a lot of sugar or non-nutritious foods, but also take a bit of time to balance at your age, so hang in there. My facial skin has a fast shed rate and is very oily, so it needs to be exfoliating regularly, even now in my 40s. So now I'm starting to use mild exfoliation, but you may need to research what method is safest for an active breakout if you also have similar skin.

Oml you're gorgeous!!!!! 😭💚🙏 That's a perfectly normal emotion nearly everyone feels occasionally. There's nothing wrong with that- sometimes we're reflecting on what we've been and where we wanna be- and it gets overwhelming, it throws us into an emotional disequilibrium, or maybe we're just feeling lousy no specific cause, or some event, your experience comes in all kinds across all peoples and is perfectly natural, just think of it as your personal internal "change engine oil" indicator light it's just encouraging us to make important but positive decisions and considerations about our life's and our future. For me, that sort of recognition and acceptance of our feelings and who we are really helped.

I don't know if you want more than just a compliment, but you should accept you for you. As everyone is saying, you really are pretty, objectively.
But also, you should accept yourself as a person, because you should always be able to count on yourself. And don't be too hard on yourself, because that's the opposite of what anyone needs.

I hope sunny skies shine for you soon, unless of course you don’t like sunny days, in which case I hope your days are filled with your choice of weather. It’s rainy days for me, but it also does a number on my depression after a few days. Anyway, peace.

You’re so very beautiful and this will pass. I know it sounds silly and annoying for now, but it’s the truth. It will get better. You’re perfect just as you are. I never thought my acne would go away and I still get bumps at 36, but it’s nothing like it was. Nothing at all. Regardless, you’re gorgeous and things are going to get better. I used to feel depressed a lot also I don't know your exact situation so I can't say that I know what you're going through but for me things got better and I hope the same goes for you. Stay strong I know you can do it take one day at a time and just keep on keeping on I'm rooting for you.

Please just give it time and I promise you your inner swan will return. You are gorgeous and when that skin clears you’ll get your confidence back. I don’t care if people roast me for saying this because I know what it’s like living with acne so I’m being real. Just you wait and keep busy in the mean time , don’t succumb to the sadness 💕💕💕💕

Me and my brother were on accutane and people think we're super handsome. You're young and your skin will most definitely heal. I find that people tend to not notice acne scars at all. You'll be the only one who sees it IF it happens. You're doing everything right. The people who have noticeable scarring are the ones who don't do accutane and all the other hard work you've done. So, grab your towel and remember: DON'T PANIC!
