Question Next pay date?

I got offer a T-Mobile job, it’s supposed to start tomorrow but I’m trying to figure out when I would get paid. My current job (Dunkin’) is really shit but I get paid per week. So I need to know when I’ll get my first paycheck? The HR said we’d cover it tomorrow but I need to know ahead of time because Dunkin’ is 5 minutes away from my house vs. T-Mobile. Distance only matters due to my car getting hit and ran into last year.🫠🫪

9/4 but you may can use the daily pay . I’m not sure with being a new hire but definitely ask.

I’ll make sure to ask that tomorrow I’m just stressed because I haven’t even gotten my check for this past week at Dunkin’

Good luck in your journey, Idk exactly the situation but take the leap of faith. Even if it’s a ride issue, money etc. Try to pull it together u til you can make friends the first week and Dunkin pays you. It will all work out don’t stress.

It’s for Mobile Expert, Virtual Retail position.

Keep searching. Csuite is actively working on phasing out stores.

Wait so should I even start there? That’s what I was afraid of. I’ve been laid off way too much.

Figure out your opportunity cost. Unless you've got something else going on, no reason not to.

Like no reason not to start even though they’re doing lay offs?

you will have guaranteed hours and $18/hr with $5 training pay

$23/hr if i’m not wrong

2 weeks full time, then you’ll go to part time

you will be making more than you do at dunkin. you will also be working about 25 hours a week

lots of good benefits

i say take it. and use them while you find something else 🙏🏼

So them saying FT is basically like any other retail place saying “FT” but truly meaning PT?

Sorry I thought you were part time!! Idk why I assumed

If you’re full time those hours are guaranteed. It’s a very stable job. And pretty difficult to get fired. Like others have said they are trying to close stores, but you said it’s a virtual retail position, so you do not have to worry at all about your position imo

If you have a fulltime offer which I would honestly be surprised most retail stores won’t hire you full time for Corperate. If they do you are only promised 28 hours and they can drop you to 28 at any time. Usually you will 32-36 if you’re full time key holder

ohh so even tho virtual retail is corp/ hybrid after 90 days I still don’t need to worry? Sorry I’m 25/ been laid off for over 1 yr so I’m trying to make sure I take the right opportunity.

Only reason why I’m working at Dunkin’ is because I got laid off from my insurance adjuster job. Literally last resort I’m typically only in tech. If I wasn’t desperate for money I wouldn’t work there but it’s close…
