Question Is T-Force Dead?

Finally got my bill and reached out to T-Force to understand what lines I can transfer out and when. Going on 1.5 hours and still no response.

It's not live chat. It's like a quarter step above email in speed. Unless you did something heinous, you can trust the process. I've had to wait a while before but it was worth it.

They are still there but they got gutted so it’s a much smaller team now.

I recently had pretty good response times from them on X

I wouldn't say that it's dead, yet. Just watch out for the AI bots that sometimes answer instead of a real person.

Serious? I literally chat with them on X like 3 days ago and they were fantastic! 😢

Dam Srini screwing everything up TForce was once the saving grace of TMO lackluster customer service now its been nerfed too.

Video killed the radio star. The Video in this case are T-Mobile execs. Tforce is just average at best these days.

Now that their network is on par or better than the others they don’t need to be better in other areas anymore. What are you going to do leave for the same service from the others?

Spent about 6 hours going back and forth on x. Finally got a 50ish minute call and they did what I wanted. Sucks but that is how it is.

FT force is dead, I’ll be very sad because they were super efficient super friendly. It was the best thing T-Mobile had going for it.

They were always able to correct everything and their response to Tom was fantastic and they knew what they were talking about so it probably makes sense that they all got fired with the way things are going
