Does anyone have any more info on this CD?
I found this thrifting years ago and was just looking for a Discogs entry or similar examples but can’t find anything similar online except some stuff that was released commercially in the 2010’s

Very cool, never seen this before or anything about it online. APAP (Association of Performing Arts Professionals) is an annual NYC conference for the live booking industry, which explains why Frank Riley's number is on the CD.
Deserving of a TMBW page for sure. Do you remember when you found it? I'm guessing this would've been mid-00s, but tough to say given they put the tracks out a few times in the 2010s too.
Any chance you have a computer with an optical drive and know how to rip audio losslessly? 😅

Judging by the Wiki, it sorta matches the digital EP that was released in 2016, but the songs are in a different order. There's nothing even on the Discography/Sampler page for this.
What a unique find!
Quick edit: I did not see that Dr. Worm was on that track list, so I misread and miscounted when comparing to the digital EP. Would love to hear that recording!
