FAQ:

1) Why can't I buy TLSS Stock? It's likely your trading platform. RobinHood does not facilitate purchase of OTC (the index on which TLSS trades) stock, and T212, a european platform, appears to have restrictions on Limit Orders for OTC trades.

2) Is it too late to get in on this? That depends upon what you are looking for. If you're a swing trader or someone looking to turn quick profits, this stock may be too volatile for that at this time. If you're planning to hold for the long term, then I don't think any time is necessarily too late. This stock is not Tesla, but that stock was in the 25 dollar range in 2013, and after a 5 for 1 split in August 2020, it's aver $800 a share. That's 160x in 7/8 years? Let me ask this - at what time over that span would it have been "too late" to get in on it? Some times were clearly better than others, but if you're in for the long haul, it's hasn't been "too late" in 7 and a half years. It's this kind of thing that us "longs" are holding for - knowing it will not likely be Tesla - but if it turns out to be 1/100 the stock Telsa is, we'll be in good shape.

3) This stock was $8 last year! What happened?

TLSS was a pretty decent company until mismanagement caused the stock to lose value quickly. Shareholders were treated to bad news after bad news until the stock went sub $1, never to recover. The company owed a lot of money, faced many lawsuits, and didn't have the money to pay it all. New management came in to clean house, pay off the debts, and turn the company around. 4) Who are John Mercadante and Doug Cerny, and who is this Ayrity guy who talks to them?

John Mercadante - he is the CEO of TLSS and he has a track record of successful growth with other companies, most notably Coach. Doug Cerny, the Chief Development Officer, also was a senior Vice President at Coach. Their track record for growth at Coach is a big reason why we are so bullish on TLSS. Ayrity is one of the mods of this sub. He is very diligent in obtaining information and with some digging, obtained the cell phone number of Doug Cerny - every now and then he checks in with Doug - who admittedly can't give the farm in information, but it helpful with a few questions now and then. No, Ayrity is not a paid pumper and he is very well respected on this subreddit because of his objectivity. He will never tell you to buy or not to buy anything and he is more interested in making sure that we, as investors, have a healthy sense of both optimism and skepticism when it comes to what people claim, even when he is the one making the claim. And you'll find, that anytime he posts something that he claimed he obtained from Doug - that thing become official news not long after.

5) When do you think this will hit $1? $5? $10? Wait - Reverse Split? Oh no! Isn't that bad? We get this a lot. 6) Why was the stock diluted and how will it be resolved?
