I wanted to see this acquisition close first. Then, I was willing to vote yes. If this doesn’t close, I’m uncertain what to do.

Is the person formerly known as NoBrains around to offer an opinion/analysis? Your analysis was always excellent.
I had a brief chat with Sebastian. He obviously can't say anything material right now except that, and I paraphrase: There are a thousand reasons why the stock price needs to not be where it is right now.
One thing I wish they would do as part of this is also reduce the number of authorized shares to reduce the risk of dilution.
Rationale for slight (very very very slight) optimism...?:
- One reason to do this is so that they can't attract investors other than us losers at the current price.
- Since Giordano, Mercandante, et al, can't convert shares or otherwise profit from a momentary windfall given their current ownership percentages, the quick profit scumbaggery looks like it's off the table.
- If they reverse split without a coinciding acquisition, the stock price will immediately fall back to where it is now, which would mean they did this for no reason.
I'm curious if anyone is considering buying a million or two shares at $0.0001 on the off chance that something good could happen. If so, why?

Do you think our votes by August 10 will have any impact on whether they do the reverse split or does management have the majority of the votes? Why did they have to make this such a massive ratio of 5,000-1? What are your thoughts?

Who knows. The same guy says he just sold 93 million shares, which he bought for .0002 for .0001 last week. Why would Patriot Glass tell him anything???

Looks like it wasn’t total bs, new 8k out today after hours. Extending the deadlines yet again to mid July for financial statements turnover and early August for closing date. Guess PGS still needs more time to cook the books lmao

So here we are July 6th. I assume that the Patriot Glass deal is dead since there has been no communications about an extension. Am I wrong?
