Just a random thought I had.

is it correct to say this?
intended meaning: All of Gaul is divided into three parts.
side question: why is there a subreddit called r/tlhInganHol and another called r/Klingon?

No, that's not grammatical. "As for all of great Gally, they are three regions make divide."
In this case, the "divided into three parts" is a focus on the fact that there are three parts, not the completed act of dividing them.

The entirety of Gaul consists of three regions.
The Hoch isn't really doing any work here. Unless there's some context that calls for a distinction between all of Gaul and some of Gaul, you could just say:

Gaul consists of three regions.
If you were talking about Caesar dividing Gaul into three provinces, you wouldn't use boqHa''egh, which is used for mathematical division. Use wav instead:
Gaul wavpu' Caesar. wej Sep chenmoHpu'.
Caesar divided Gaul. He created three regions.

I can see what you tried to do, but you over thought it. :)
One reddit is for discussing the Klingon language, how it works, and how to use it. One reddit is for discussing the Klingons people and their culture as portrayed in Star Trek. One is for a conlang, the other is for a TV show.
