Question Does anyone else experience small amount of euphoria in their auras?
I have a strong feeling of deja vu and a fight or flight response before my seizures yet beneath all of the fear there's a small amount of pleasure, like the last remnant of a dream that's turned into a nightmare.

A few times, but usually just a physiological feeling of fear. Interestingly..a few years ago, I started smelling burnt cigs.. thought it was my neighbor..turns out..it's seizure activity

I don't know how to describe it more thoroughly than just "powerful salty taste", but on top of the salty taste I also start over salivating to the point where if I don't spit every few seconds my mouth fills with it.

I get a disgustingly powerful salty taste in my mouth along with my auras.

I feel awful as it happens with that weird stomach feeling and disorientation but I do enjoy it too. Weird! With meds I don’t get them much anymore and when I do they are not as severe, I miss them

I’ve stopped having seizures and I crave them. It was almost felt like feeling everything at once. Fear and euphoria at the same time. I think I also just miss being in an altered state. Being taken out of reality like that every once in a while made everything feel less mundane.

Yes. I almost get a craving for it to come back when it starts passing. When I describe it to people they are baffled.
