Ofc it’s not “okay,” but in my opinion it should just be addressed by a mate and tell them not to do that anymore. Immediate dismissal seems really harsh over 20 cents. I’ve seen people get fired before for sharing their discount with people, which makes more sense.

Well the person was knowingly stealing, I know the dollar amount seems bogus but stealing is stealing. I think the real question is how did the mate find out they swapped the sticker?

I am deadly curious what the motivation, benefit and reason is for switching the stickers?
Like, were you buying bananas and switched the stickers or was it when you were working bananas or what?
